Hi everyone. Well this week will see the opening of the new restaurant at the Kaojai Foundation Centre in Thailand. This new restaurant will employ 5 full time staff and 5 part time staff to start with. The Kaojai Foundation has donated the land, building and and more than 7,000 AUD to buy the furniture, cooking needs and food service needs. If you would like to help the Kaojai Foundation you can make a donation at Paypal: accounts@kaojai.net For those people that have helped us get this project off the ground… thank you very very much… or as the Thai say: Khup Khun Na Khrap mak mak.

AC210 Celebrating II
Tuesday December 1st. This has been a very interesting module. Learning what celebrating means to everyone is as diverse as everyone is! I think what I took away from this class more than anything was to be able to accept and celebrate a loss or a death.
What this means to me is this: here in Thailand I help a group of people that donate their time to bury babies and children that have passed. There is no judgement toward the babies and children or the families. Their journey must be completed and celebrated. So bathing, food, clothing and toys are given before their next journey begins. The Thai people that do this ensure that there is fun and happiness with food, coffee and many smiles on offer. I am privileged to be a small part of this experience and now I think I can accept this as a celebration and use this energy to pay it forward to my coaching clients.

Building your business on a budget
Hello, I have had a few people email me about the free video series that I found. If you want to build your business on a budget, if you’re like me and have very little money to get started, then maybe these free video series will help you get some more information. Free Video Series Link.
Business Findability
What is “Business Findability”? It’s the tried and proven story when it comes to positioning your business be it physical or virtual… LOCATION; LOCATION; LOCATION. To attract more customers is the main reason behind marketing. We all want customers coming to us and we also want customers that are want to buy from us, be it our services, products or both!
So how do we attract these customers and how do we get them to buy from us? There are many ways to do this and I believe that one of the best ways is through Social Media Marketing. Think about it… you can engage with “like minded” souls using the SM connections and build these relationships. Establishing yourself as an expert in your field and niche will get the people connected to you talking about your services and products…
For more information about this please email me at: Kaojai Social Media Marketing or you can find me on Skype at: kaojai.au
AC206 Truth Telling I
Thursday November 26th. Can one persons truth be another persons lie? I know that today I was telling the truth to myself and everyone around me. I was honest, open, caring, authentic, loving, supportive and genuine. Then I asked God for his help to keep this going once I got out of bed this morning… it didn’t work… but hey there’s always tomorrow right?

PT108 Game vs Significance II
Wednesday November 25th. One of the things I learned working with different groups is to be more light hearted. I some times work with people that may not be here tomorrow. If I go to help them with a heart of significance they can feel that serious energy and the feelings projected from me can and do have a negative effect on the people that I am there to support and help. I learned to re-frame my feelings and heart to be more fun and light hearted… to smile and joke, touch and feel… every time this puts a smile on someones face, lightens their heart and takes their mind off what they are facing… My heart, smile and touch shows love and respect and maybe… just maybe they can go knowing that someone cared… I know I come away thinking and feeling better and knowing that a little bit of everyone of them lives though me. I see and feel their smiles every day. We can learn much from people like Patch Adams… lets play a game today… put a smile on someones face… it’s free!

AC210 Celebrating I
Tuesday November 24th. Learning to celebrate the big and small wins will help and encourage our clients to keep moving forward to reach their goals. How can we celebrate when things go wrong? I think we can celebrate the fact that we get to choose another path which could lead to exciting and new discoveries. We can celebrate the lessoned learned and re-frame this to be a positive action.

AC112 Powerful requests I
Tuesday November 24th. Working with powerful requests can be supportive and challenging to the client. I think a good powerful request is to ask the client to visualize what it is that could be keeping them from moving forward and then ask them to visualize on moving beyond this towards their goal.
